1. Acceptable use

tipless.online is a service for anonymously reporting tipping practices. Publishing false, offensive, or off-topic content is prohibited.

2. Liability

Content submitted by users is their sole responsibility. The service operator does not guarantee its accuracy.

3. Moderation

The operator reserves the right to remove or hide any report without providing a reason, especially in the case of a violation of these Terms.

4. Reporting violations (DSA)

Each report includes a "Report" button. Reports are reviewed by the operator. In accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), we respond to reports within 14 business days.

5. Intellectual property

By submitting a report or photo, the user grants the service a non-exclusive licence to display and store it.

6. Changes to these Terms

The operator reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available at tipless.online/terms.
